Outline Itinerary

Day 01: Siliguri to Phuntsholing
  • Distance: 146 km. Time: 02:30 hrs.
  • Check into hotel and stroll around the city.
  • Overnight in Phuntsholing.
  Day 02: Phuntsholing to Paro.
  • Distance: 149km. Time: 04:00hrs.
  • Overnight at Paro.
  Day 03: Paro (Day hike to Tiger’s Nest.)
  • Hike time:04:00 to 05:00 hrs (up and down)
  • Altitude gain and loss 450m
  • Ride towards Thimphu in the evening (65km/ 1hr)
  • Overnight at Thimphu
  Day 04: Thimphu Halt
  • Stroll around the town
  • Overnight at Thimphu
  Day 05: Thimphu to Punakha
  • Distance: 77km Time: 02:30 hrs
  • Overnight at Punakha.
  Day 06: Punakha to Phobjikha
  • Overnight
  Day 07: Phobjikha to Bumthang
  • Distance: 188km. Time: 07:00hrs.
